Local Seasoned AUS Mutton Mishkak Skewers - 500gm

500gm of Freshly prepared and seasoned Mishkak cubes with Mutton. Perfected in our kitchen. 100% Halal.

Mishkak Kabobs with Grilled Vegetables

Ingredients:

For the kabobs:

  • 500g Seasoned Mishkak Barbecue Cubes
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 red onion, cut into chunks
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Wooden or metal skewers
  • Olive oil for brushing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the marinade:

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning while grilling.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together all the ingredients for the marinade until well combined.
  3. Place the Seasoned Mishkak Barbecue Cubes in a large resealable plastic bag or bowl. Pour the marinade over the cubes and toss until they are evenly coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours, for the best flavor.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Thread the marinated Mishkak cubes onto skewers, alternating with chunks of bell peppers, onion, and cherry tomatoes.
  6. Brush the vegetables with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Grill the kabobs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meat is cooked through and the vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
  8. Remove the kabobs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
  9. Serve the Mishkak kabobs hot, and enjoy!
